MONTAIGNE FASHION GROUP is developing a business selling clothes upscale women under two brands: Irene Van Ryb and Lola. MONTAIGNE FASHION GROUP distributes parts of it (protective clothing, suits and ensembles, pants, ...), parts below (blouses, sweaters, vests, cardigans, ...) and also accessories (belts, scarves, ...) .
ATOUT CAPITAL has advised and supported the company MONTAIGNE FASHION GROUP as part of admission to the market of 7,925,926 common shares issued Dec. 7, 2010 and subscribed for an amount of € 2.1m. This transaction was registered with the AMF.
