BIOWIND is a company specialized in preventive and curative air and surfaces disinfection. It designs, manufactures and markets portable, industrial facilities and innovative processes patented. These solutions provide natural comfort and health protection for individuals, animals, food and property in a sustainable development approach.
During fiscal 2011, the Company completed a fundraising of € 1 m to fund its development and accelerating the commercialization of its products. BIOWIND wanted to provide liquidity to all shareholders. In this context, ATOUT CAPITAL accompanied BIOWIND through its direct listing on the Marché Libre of NYSE Euronext Paris.
