02/2012 » ATOUT CAPITAL advises EAT SUSHI for a € 3M fund raising
With 35 restaurants and a turnover of € 25m in 2011, EAT SUSHI is becoming the third sushi chain in France. Present in many French cities and also in Belgium, EAT SUSHI aims to make the sushi market accessible to all. EAT SUSHI also relies on EAT MEAT, its production yakitori skewers of meat 100% French, delivering its network and a growing number of independents.
ATOUT CAPITAL advised the shareholders of EAT SUSHI for the reorganization of the Group and for a € 3m fundraising made by CITIZEN CAPITAL. The ambition of EAT SUSHI through this fundraising, is to create a network of at least 70 restaurants to achieve a global turnover of over € 50m by 2015. Some funds will also be dedicated to increase the production means of EAT MEAT.
