EUDASYS is a company founded in the late 90s by two ex-EMC ². In a little over 10 years, they managed to become one of the leading players in France in the sale and integration of infrastructure of backup, storage and archiving. In 2010, EUDASYS achieved a turnover of € 27 million and generated an operating margin among the best in the industry.
After organizing the entry of ALLIANCE ENTREPRENDRE (GROUPE CAISSE D'EPARGNE) in the capital of EUDASYS, via an OBO in 2007, ATOUT CAPITAL advises the shareholders on the sale to TELINDUS FRANCE, a 100% subsidiary of the Belgian telco operator BELGAGOM .
