CYBERGUN is the world leader in the reproduction of artificial weapons under license from the world’s largest manufacturers (Colt, Kalashnikov, Sig-Sauer etc). It is also a major player in paint-ball and shooting games (children’s toys: water pistols, chalk darts etc). The company posted a 73 MEUR turnover last year.
As advisor to the company, ATOUT CAPITAL led the acquisition of INTERACTIVE GAME GROUP (I2G) a video games editor founded by M. Frederic CHESNAIS. The transaction value is 16.8 MEUR mainly paid in CYBERGUN shares.
